Solder Feeder
SFR Solder Feeder is designed for automatic solder wire feeding and automatic soldering processes.
SFR Solder Feeder is compatible with several solder wire Guide Kit. Guide Kit should be chosen according to the solder wire diameter. These are available for different wire diameters and with or w/o solder wire perforation.
Additionally, it features a wire detector sensor and in case of any transport error the system informs with “blocked up” or “consumed”.
In order to establish the communication between UCR Control Box and the robot (PC or PLC) JBC provides RS232 Communication Protocol. Download at www.jbctools.com
Control parameters such as wire length and dispensing speed are customizable.
GSFR Guide Kits are not included.

Specific GSFR guide sets for flux core perforation are available, allowing flux flow and outgassing to minimize solder splashing.
